Incessantly driven to live the creative travel lifestyle, Joe Allam creates a multitude of content covering photography, design, film and travel; with an emphasis on quality and efficiency.
Through experience working multiple years within design and photography at brands such as Disney, Apple and Burberry, as well as other global brands and agencies within London and Melbourne; Joe has now focused his attention as an independent, freelance creative.
“The difference between working for large global brands and being completely self-sufficient, is extremely liberating and great for personal development. Many doors have been opened to share my work and help get people involved with creativity.”
The majority of Joe’s professional and personal creative work sees him traveling around the world, documenting and sharing his experiences via YouTube and social media.
“I’m keen to share as much of my process and creative technique as possible, especially if it helps to inspire others to travel the world and get involved with creative industries.”
His work often covers destinations that can contrast epic nature with immense urban metropolis. It’s not uncommon for his schedule to be shooting lakes, mountains and glaciers one week, followed by urban street photography the next. “The difference between the two scenes is what helps to keep the creative fire burning.”
