To update the firmware, please install vDisplay Manager on your computer and do the following: 

1. Click on the Advanced sub-menu, then Information.

2. Connect the USB cable between your computer and monitor.

3. Connect your PC/laptop to internet, then click Update and wait until the upgrade process completes.
