Expedited shipping services, accessories charges, lift gate and/or inside delivery are subject to additional charges to be paid by purchaser. Free shipping applies to the 48 contiguous states only. All shipping and incidental costs for displays 50” and over are to be paid by purchaser. Certain restrictions apply.
- All units for both refund or warranty returns must be approved by ViewSonic and must have an RMA number prior to shipping the units back to ViewSonic.
- All return requests and return shipments must be received within 30 days of the original shipment receipt to be considered for a full refund minus shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee. If the unit is defective, then a full refund may be applied; contact ViewSonic customer service for complete details and warranty information.
