03 Set the Default File Opening/Save Location

Users are able to change the default file opening and save location to commonly used folders. This allows users to quickly access files, open, and save every time. This function could be paired with a network server or network share, to share files with other people on your local network.

04 Set File Naming Conventions

Users are able to set naming rules to easily locate, identify, and retrieve files. In addition to the original file name, the year, month, day, hour, minute, and second information can be automatically added to facilitate the distinction between different files generated at separate times.

05 Different Customization Options

Other than providing shortcuts for frequently used handwriting colors (including: black, red, yellow, green, and blue), a custom color option is available for users. Different shortcuts for selecting handwriting thickness (thin, medium and thick) and a customizable handwriting weight option is available. A time stamp function (including year, month, day, hour, minute, and second) is provided to mark the exact time record of the file.

06 Biometric Data for Each Signature

Each signature includes biometric data (shape, time, pen pressure, and velocity) and stored as a file after encryption. If our pen display is used as the hardware, the reporting rate could reach 250 PPS (points per second). This means that a sample of 250 points per second is captured adding greater detail to the signature, making it easier for signature recognition. In the future, this information could be used with ViewSonic's signature verification system for authentication purposes.

Step 1

Opening the document that needs signing

Open the document using our ViewSign software or select ViewSign Counter in the print dialogue to prepare the document for signing.

Step 2

Place the signature box where you want it

Pre-set the signature box on the document where you would like the customer to sign. All signatures in the box will be encrypted.

Step 3

Magnified signature box for signing

When the customer is ready to sign and clicks on the signature box, a larger box will appear.

Step 4

Save with a time stamp

Once the signature is saved, a time stamp will be included with the signature. The time stamp records the exact moment the signature began.

Step 5

Certificate Authority

Once the document is saved, a CA certificate is automatically added to the document. This prevents any changes to the document.
