Versatile Connectivity & Inputs

In addition to the all-digital HDMI and DVI outputs and convenient 5-in-1 memory card reader, the ViewSonic VOT132 PC mini comes with six USB 2.0 ports (two on the front panel, four on the back) for keyboards, mice, storage devices, card readers, joysticks, digital cameras and anything USB. We know you like good music, so we gave the VOT132 the S/PDIF high-end sound output through coaxial cable and fiber optics

Space Saving Design

The VOT132 PC mini is just about half the size of a sheet of paper. It takes up very little desk real-estate and can be installed behind ViewSonic flat-panel monitors (or other VESA-compliant models) with the VESA mounting kit. Of course, you can also stand it up next to your ViewSonic monitor to show everyone how smart and eco-friendly you are.

Expand & Burn

If there’s always a need to burn CD or DVD discs, you may want to add the optional VDD-100 8x DVD Super Multi drive module to your VOT132. The optional module has a matching exterior and can be attached to the VOT132 via magnetic contacts for an all-in-one look. It’s convenient and it takes up no additional desk space

Simple Steps to Achieve a Paperless Office

The city of Claremont, Calif., freshened up its facilities by swapping in digital signage to replace bulletin boards that had to be manually changed whenever information changed. "We started with an information board in front of city hall to show the dates and times of meetings, and it worked so well that we decided to expand their use," says Ron Gray, IT technician for Claremont. Today, the expanded deployment includes four digital signs placed in city hall, a community center and senior centers. The solution includes ViewSonic 42-inch flat-panel displays, ViewSonic VOT132 Windows 7 mini PCs and Best Wave DisplayIt digital signage software. "There's a lot more we could do," says Gray, such as replacing conference room nameplates that need to be changed for each meeting with small digital signs that can be centrally managed.Click here for full review
