Product and Logo Images
ViewSonic Product and Logo Usage Agreement
ViewSonic does not object to third party use of product images in advertising, on documentation, in books and other printed materials, on video tape, in software applications, on Internet pages, in television programming, commercials, movies, or feature films so long as the use is not disparaging and falls within the definition of "fair use" under International and/or United States Copyright law, as applicable. Provided you adhere to the following guidelines, no further written permission is required:
- You may not disparage ViewSonic or any of its products in your use of ViewSonic product images.
- Your use should not indicate or imply any sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement of your product or company by ViewSonic.
- ViewSonic product images should never be used on third party product packaging.
- You may only use approved ViewSonic product images as provided by ViewSonic. Except to resize to fit your needs, you may not alter the product images in any way, including but not limited to altering or
obscuring product markings, logos or trademarks.
- The copyright attribution should state: "Image(s) reprinted with permission from ViewSonic Corporation."
- Sellers of ViewSonic products, including the Optiquest(r) line of products, must abide by ViewSonic's Minimum Advertising (MAP) Guidelines for any advertising that includes ViewSonic trademarks, copyrighted material, or product images.
ViewSonic may revoke the limited license for use herein granted if, in ViewSonic's sole discretion any of the terms of use stated herein have been or are being violated. We reserve the right to update this agreement without notification. Please check the web site for the most current Product and Logo Usage Agreement.
Provided that you follow the above guidelines, no further written
permission is required. Fields noted with an asterisk (*) are required.
