VARBusiness magazine, which covers the business of technology integration, honored ViewSonic at an awards event held on Oct. 27, 2003, in Scottsdale, Ariz.
The VP ThinEdge Series of LCDs was among more than 400 entries submitted by nearly 250 companies in eight technology categories. A select group of top solution providers and integrators served as judges and examined a number of different characteristics, including usefulness, originality, price/performance, revenue potential and style. Standout features of the VP ThinEdge Series include ClearMotiv™ video response times as fast as 16 milliseconds, OptiSync™ dual inputs and compatibility with HDTV high-scan 720p format, which enables the displays to deliver high-definition, full-motion images. With bezels as narrow as one-half inch and the ability to support extensive tiling and stacking combinations, the VP ThinEdge Series also was applauded for its ability to solve limited desk space and increase user productivity.
