According to Computer Reseller News (June 21st), ViewSonic won the highest overall satisfaction rating and the Channel Champions title by combining good quality monitors with strong support for resellers and competitive prices. The company earned an overall score of 5.8 out of 7. The publication credited ViewSonic's success to a strong channel focus and breadth of product. Deciding factors for ViewSonic were markedly higher scores than competitors in the areas of technical support and return policies, where ViewSonic scored a 5.8 and 5.7 out of 7 respectively. NECT and Sony followed ViewSonic, taking the second and third positions in the survey.
